This notice explains how personal data is processed on magazax.com, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

• Offer / contact form: full name, email address, phone (optional), offer amount and currency, your message.
• Verification and security: IP address, time of submission, status of the email verification code.
• Visit statistics: IP address and visit date (to count unique daily visits per domain).
• Cookies: described in the "Cookies" section below.

Purposes and legal bases

• Reviewing your offer and replying to you — steps prior to entering into a contract.
• Verifying that the email address belongs to you, preventing abuse and automated (bot) submissions, and keeping visit statistics — legitimate interest.
• Analysing how the site is used (Google Analytics) — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Sharing

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. We only use these service providers to run the site: turboSMTP for sending email, Google reCAPTCHA for bot protection and, with your consent, Google Analytics. Some of their servers are located outside Türkiye.

Retention

Offer and contact records are kept as long as needed for the offer process and any related disputes, and are deleted or anonymised once no longer needed.

Cookies

• mx_lang — your language preference (1 year).
• mx_consent — your cookie choice (1 year).
• Form security cookie — protects forms against forged requests (deleted when the browser closes).
• Google reCAPTCHA — bot check when a form is sent.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — only if you click "Accept"; up to 2 years.

Your rights
